Whether it's at a football stadium, an office complex, a race track, or just a local company's initials, logos can add that special touch to any PermaCrete job and personalize an identity for the customer. This PermaCrete installation was done by JIM'S COOL POOLS in Roanoke, Virginia. The Salem High School Stadium has hosted the NCAA Division III (Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl) championship football game since 1993. The PermaCrete job was done in just 3 afternoons in August 2007, with temperatures hitting in the 100s.
1st Down
The city originally poured an S, but it could not be seen from the other end of the field. That's when Paul Bowles, the Facilities Administrator, called PermaCrete Dealer Jim Huffman. With his pressure washer
and PermaCrete cleaning materials, Jim cleaned the entire surface. He then created a template from a local sign company.

Jim also contacted PermaCrete, who made a custom-colored PermaSeal color for the installation. Jim measured a 12" perimeter around the logo and cut a 1/8" groove around the border in the shape of an S. He then applied TropicSet Matrix to form the huge S.

3rd Down
After installing the Matrix S application, Jim then sprayed 2 coats of the custom-colored PermaSeal Sealer. Finally, he pulled up all his tape, and the rest is history.
